Payment is due in full at time of booking.
Please Note: Signed rental agreement and copy of ID will be required no later than 24 hours after booking. Otherwise, the booking will be cancelled.
Cancellations:
- For stays booked via Airbnb or VRBO, we follow the specific cancellation policies of those platforms.
- For direct bookings, we offer the following refund schedule:
  - 97% Refund: Cancel more than 60 days before your arrival date.
  - 50% Refund: Cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date.
  - No Refund: For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival.
Travel Protection: We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip against unexpected changes. You can purchase insurance directly during the checkout process.

How far are you from Downtown Greenville? Depending on where you need to go, it is about 9 miles to reach Main Street—usually a 15-20 minute trip.
Is the SwimSpa available year-round? Yes! The covered Swimspa is heated so you can enjoy a warm soak or a swim in any season.
Do you provide equipment for the sports courts? We do. We provide pickleball paddles, tennis rackets, basketballs, and golf balls for the driving cage. Feel free to bring your own favorite gear as well.
What watercraft come with the rental? Guests enjoy full access to our kayaks and paddleboards.
Is the property suitable for large groups? Absolutely. We designed the retreat with 6 bedrooms and expansive outdoor spaces to host family reunions, sports teams, and group getaways.
How do I contact you during our stay? We share a direct phone number with you before you check in. Please call or text us anytime; we will do our best to ensure you have a positive stay.
Can we swim in the lake? Yes! Dive right in.
Do we share the amenities with anyone else? No. We reserve all property amenities exclusively for our current guests.
What if I damage something during my stay? We understand that accidents happen! If you notice any damage, please alert us right away. This allows us to schedule repairs the moment you check out, rather than discovering a surprise during cleaning. Quick communication helps us guarantee a complete, 5-star experience for our next guest.
