The house sits on its own fenced lot on Saluda Lake, with a dock, a sports court and a swim spa in the backyard. Inside there is room to cook and eat together, a game room for rainy afternoons, and six bedrooms when everyone needs a quiet corner.
We set it up for families, reunions and friends traveling together. Grandparents can take the first-floor primary suite, kids can share the trundle room upstairs, and there is plenty to do without leaving the property.

As a family of five, some of our happiest days have been spent in places where we could slow down, be together, and make memories. Picture mornings on the water in a kayak, afternoons of friendly pickleball, and a lakeview dinner as the evening shadows settle over the water. That’s what we had in mind when we created this home.

Up to 14 guests
The house is set up for overnight stays of up to 14 guests, with six bedrooms and room to spread out.
Check-in 4:00 pm, check-out 10:00 am
Self check-in with a smart lock. Your door code is sent 24 hours before arrival. Late check-out may be possible for $50 per 30 minutes plus tax, when the calendar allows.
Parking
Room for 7 to 10 cars in the driveway. There is no street parking.
Stairs
Four bedrooms are up one flight of stairs. Steps lead from the deck down to the court and from the court to the dock. To skip the second set of steps, a natural, unpaved trail to the left of the court slopes down to the lake. It’s steep in places, so take it slowly and wear sturdy shoes.
First-floor rooms
The primary suite (king bed, walk-in shower), the full bedroom, a half bath, the kitchen, living areas and game room are all on the first floor. A portable ramp is available; ask us before you book if you need it.
The lake
The property is fenced, and guests can reach the lake at any time. The water is about 3 feet deep near the dock and gets deeper farther out. The water level may be lowered for repairs.
Cameras
For security and safety, cameras cover the outside of the property. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.

Booking & payment
What is the cancellation policy?
For stays booked here: cancel 61 or more days before arrival for a full refund, 31 to 60 days before for a 50% refund, and 30 days or less before for no refund. Stays booked on Airbnb or Vrbo follow that site's policy. You can add trip insurance at checkout.
When do we pay?
Payment is due in full when you book. Within 24 hours we'll ask you to sign the rental agreement and send a copy of a photo ID, or the booking is cancelled.
In the house
Is there anything for babies and toddlers?
Yes: a Pack ’n Play, a high chair, a toddler tower, a step stool and kids’ dishes. We also have two full-size cribs. They are stored away, so let us know before you arrive and we’ll set them up.
Is there an ice maker?
No. There's no ice machine, but we provide ice trays. Big groups usually pick up bagged ice on the way in.

Check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am. Late check-out is $50 per 30 minutes plus tax when our calendar allows; ask before your last day.

Up to 14 guests, in six bedrooms with 9 beds: 4 king, 1 full and 4 twin.
Where do we park?
There's room for 7 to 10 cars in the driveway. There is no street parking.
How far is downtown Greenville?
About 9.5 miles, usually about a 20-minute drive to Main Street.

Can we host a party, wedding or event?
Small family gatherings may be possible. Please ask us first. Large parties and events are not allowed.
Are pets or smoking allowed?
Pets are not allowed. Smoking and vaping of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes and vapes) are not allowed indoors.
Pool, lake & court
Is the swim spa heated all year?
Yes. It is heated and covered by a pergola, so you can use it in any season.
Do you provide equipment for the court and the lake?
Yes: pickleball paddles, tennis rackets, basketballs, golf balls for the practice cage, kayaks, paddleboards and life jackets. You are welcome to bring your own gear too.
Can we swim in the lake?
Yes, you can swim from the dock. The lake has a soft, silty bottom, so the water can look cloudy. It’s about 3 feet deep near the dock and deeper farther out. Many guests stick to the kayaks and paddleboards on the lake and do their swimming in the heated swim spa. As with any lake or river, South Carolina’s environmental agency suggests waiting 48 hours after a heavy rain before swimming, and staying out of the water if you have an open cut.
Do we share the amenities with anyone?
No. The house, yard, court, swim spa, sauna and dock are for your group only.
